  • Couch to 5k: Week 1, Day 1

    Whew! I was trying to remember week 1 by memory and messed it up a little. I did 1 minute walking, 30 seconds jogging, alternating, for ~20 minutes.

    I could have jogged for more than 30 seconds but it was better to start slower for me. It was good though!
