i started to cry on the treadmill when i finished. Thank god nobody noticed.
I ran 1.5 minutes, walked 2 minutes, for 20 minutes. Week 2 day 1 complete.
I’m so proud of myself, i cant believe i did it.

My total since i started? 4.2 pounds and 4.5 inches. :D
I’m not sure what to post my loss as because after i weighed in last sunday at 246.5, it didn’t stick around, i went up to 248 immediately, and then i settled in at 247.6ish for the rest of the week until i started eating right and working out again. I’m thinking this case will be similar because i didn’t eat right and i didn’t gym much. But thats okay. Either way i’ve lost some weight and i’ve lost FIVE INCHES!! In 3 weeks! This is exciting.
I’ve learned from my mistakes, definitely. I feel no disappointment that i didn’t lose much, because i envision where i could have been. All it means is next week, i can make it to where i may have made it today. I will not worry about it.
ps. Maybe some of you are asking, ” But girl, you a fatty!! Why you no lose much weight??” I know a lot of bigger people can drop the pounds of quick at first, and i can assure you that I don’t want that. I am losing as slow as i can and i like it that way. It is also probably because of the nutrition side of things. I should keep working on that, i think im pretty good with exercise now, but food, i am horrible with. Either way, I am happy if i lose a pound a week, i have a lot to lose and i don’t want a horrible loose belly at the end of it.:P[my biggest fear]

Just a week ago I was at 90 pounds, so this is pretty awesome! I’m aiming for 210 by next weigh in. :)
I had a good time at the gym today. I went 25 minutes on the bike, pedaling at 100+ steadily. I was pretty tired at the end of it. I noticed a woman behind me on the elliptical, she was overweight too. She was going slowly and i started trying my hardest to go that extra mile, and you know what? She did too!
Did i inspire someone today at the gym? I hope so, that would be an honor. haha.
I wish i could make some friends at the gym, i love to give support and i need it too.
I also went on the treadmill, did 8 minutes of c25k training, and then walked with an incline of 8 for 2 minutes. feel dat burn, i say. Walked a mile on the track, did the leg press, then went home. I didn’t do a lot but i worked so hard to make up for it that i got a good workout in, definitely!
well i have to shower and then head to a pals house for movies and spaghetti!

it looks like my boobs have shrunk but its the sports bra, really squishes em in haha.
Its not a huge change but its there, somewhere!
