but it wasnt too busy so no one minded me walking in, there was plenty of space for me to get in there and join! i will still try to never be late again though.
so thats 2 days in a row i’ve gone. Now there is just tomorrow at 12:15[if my orthodontist appointment allows it] thursday at 6pm and friday at 9am again
im excite! This was my goal for this week, and I’m halfway through it now, woo!

one pair is way too short, but maybe with tights.
i don’t really have enough confidence to wear shorts yet but exposure is good. im going to wear them around the house today. time to get comfortable in my own skin! :)
these don’t make my bum look good though, bummer! haha

Down 2.5 inches overall.
Even my big spare tire went down .25”. Thats the place that i know will be the hardest to lose fat from, so that teeny tiny bit of progress is awesome to finally see.
I’m so happy with the results from this week, i worked so hard and i ate awesome.And i even ate half a big bag of chips while watching a movie this week, oops.
The point is, one bad meal won’t throw you off. Don’t guilt yourself, remind yourself its okay to have a treat once in a while, but not every day, certainly not! Live life.

Here is my Goal Shirt that you’ve already seen. I’m getting closer and closer to being able to actually wear it as a regular shirt!
Still have 10 days before i shove this over my head again, so you won’t see this shirt again, in case these photos were annoying. I’ve got a little ways to go but it’s still going well.
ps. those jeans in my past 3 photos, they were in my closet for a long time, they’re my size[18] but i couldn’t fit into them, they were too small. Now, they are falling off me. I’m still size 18, but its a baby step progress all the same.
Here’s that shirt from the side. It’s not clinging to my fat so thats a good sign, haha. I am really excited about this. I tried this shirt on and i couldn’t even take a before picture i was so embarrassed about how small it was.

This is goal shirt number 2. It’s a size large from old navy, just like the other one. It’s so closer to fitting. I used to wear an xxl from old navy a month ago. An XL was too small for me. And i can almost wear a large.

I find running outdoors a lot harder than treadmill, so i was doing C25K Week 1, Day 1 around the lake. Hills are the devil, as a sidenote.
But I did it, and it got easier instead of harder. It was also really nice to get outside today, it was 5 degrees and i was so happy to be running outside instead of in a stuffy old gym.

Eating now, zumba in 45 minutes, more food, Insanity day 3, and then im going to eat supper and relax with a movie.
