I find running outdoors a lot harder than treadmill, so i was doing C25K Week 1, Day 1 around the lake. Hills are the devil, as a sidenote.
But I did it, and it got easier instead of harder. It was also really nice to get outside today, it was 5 degrees and i was so happy to be running outside instead of in a stuffy old gym.
Eating now, zumba in 45 minutes, more food, Insanity day 3, and then im going to eat supper and relax with a movie.
