My friends and i recently started bowling on friday evenings, then we come back to my place to watch movies n such.
We end up binging on like 4 bags of big potato chips, m&m’s, and soda. I gain like 4 pounds of water weight and i feel like a slug and its awful.
Anyway since i started eating healthy this week, tonight is friday and instead, i bought grapes and cheese and i have apples and caramel dip, celery.
i just think its better for me to stick to my plan right now, even while with friends. I bought things we all like so yeah. I want them to eat better too and not know our fridays as sloth night. A treat is fine but we go way overboard.
