but it wasnt too busy so no one minded me walking in, there was plenty of space for me to get in there and join! i will still try to never be late again though.
so thats 2 days in a row i’ve gone. Now there is just tomorrow at 12:15[if my orthodontist appointment allows it] thursday at 6pm and friday at 9am again
im excite! This was my goal for this week, and I’m halfway through it now, woo!

Its freezing out there, but I am feeling very motivated today[and the past few days, eating wise!] and I can’t wait to go. :)
I’m going to take my measurements today and I will weight in next week and do measurements again and see how it all goes. Ultimately I feel like I am more excited to get this back into being a habit more than losing weight, but that will be a bonus.
I have no idea what my strategy will be today. I’m thinking C25K W1D1 is in order, plus some weights work. The 10 mile race is in July 2013 and I think you can never start training too early, especially when you’re me. haha. I am very optimistic right now, I know I can do this.

My friends and i recently started bowling on friday evenings, then we come back to my place to watch movies n such.
We end up binging on like 4 bags of big potato chips, m&m’s, and soda. I gain like 4 pounds of water weight and i feel like a slug and its awful.
Anyway since i started eating healthy this week, tonight is friday and instead, i bought grapes and cheese and i have apples and caramel dip, celery.
i just think its better for me to stick to my plan right now, even while with friends. I bought things we all like so yeah. I want them to eat better too and not know our fridays as sloth night. A treat is fine but we go way overboard.
Do you do this?
walked half a mile on the track afterwards and then headed home. It took me 24 minutes so each mile was just over 4 minutes. I felt a little bummed but 5 miles is so much better than doing nothing, plus I walked a lot earlier. I’m tired and i’m glad its from working my butt off!
