  • Day 4 of Turbofire done!

    I was able to remember the moves a lot easier, but I admit there are times where i kinda just go ‘huh’ and stomp around til i can continue on again, but i’m moving so who cares.

    50 minutes is pretty good, i’m hoping to hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes later but if I don’t have time its fine.

  • going to do 20 minutes of walk/jog on the treadmill now, and then shower time

    after my shower im going to have my post workout drink and then i have to knit like a machine to finish some stuff

    arg today is a busy day, but im glad i got my workout in. its important!

Turbofire day 3 is complete. Well, i have to do stretch 10 now but yeah. if hiit 20 tires me out this much i dread hiit 40 hah.

  • Doing awesome on my calorie goals!

    Yesterday I had ~1240 calories

    Currently sitting at 1274 and it’s only 6pm and I have a post workout snack left. :D
    i am so proud of myself!

    It’s tough eating double, I still have periods where I feel guilty honestly. But, it will pass.
    Drank ~100ml of pepsi today, wasn’t feeling it, which is a good thing. Going to have some apple pecan salad later, and maybe a smoothie or something, we’ll see.

    Hoping my turbofire is at the post waiting for me..

  • it is mid november but its almost 20 degrees out!

    very unusual for us, usually its -10 and snowing by now

    regardless, today i am going to go for a run outside :D
