  • just finished my treadmill workout!

    30 minutes
    1.37 miles
    incline training[jumping between 0 and 10.0]
    15 minutes of couch to 5k
    1 cold belly

    :)

    the mileage is nothin’ to ooh and aah over but who cares?!
    time for food and zumba is in 2 hours!

  • Woke up this morning feeling extremely motivated

    i just feel good today like I can do anything

    today I am going to do 30 minutes on my treadmill and go to a 60 minute zumba class. Even if I don’t make it to the zumba class, it’ll be okay. Gunna do some weights, too.

    My ultimate goal for today is to eat. I am going to aim to eat 1000-1200 calories today.
    This is still too low, I know, but consider the fact I’ve been eating around 600 the past few months[or years, really] and that number is now in fact a gigantic terrifying number to get to. But, I think I can do it. I’m going to have a huge breakfast now, and then i’m going out to buy some new protein powder!
    When it’s all gone i’m going to buy shakeology to try it out. they cut my hours at work [thanks!!]  so now i cant afford to buy it to try with my turbofire :(

    Anyway, thank you for the kind messages! sometimes you all really keep me going. i love seeing your progress and i appreciate the times you pick me up when i have fallen down. Thank you to those who help, and to those who stick around even though my progress is slow and probably not motivating.
