So, I’m starting my second round of Insanity and I tought I could creat a support group here on tumblr, for motivation. After this post where I got some good feedback I decided to go trough with it.
Here are the rules of the group:
- You have until sunday (3rd of June) to join
- In order for…
- 2 mile walk with little bean[dog]
- taking a stroll downtown with a friend
- gym for marathon training
- insanity day 1
to anyone who wanted to begin insanity, if you haven’t started yet, i’d love for you to join me. :) I have time to begin now! I’ve got a fridge full of delicious groceries and i’m ready to roll
I am starting insanity over of course, along with 30 day shred.
This two week break was something i didn’t want to do but was unavoidable, unfortunately. I kept telling myself i didn’t need it but in a way it was good for me to collect myself.
If anyone is interested in beginning 30 day shred or insanity, please message me and we can do it together!
Ma is gone with my car so i have to wait for her to return from the doctor
Then its off to the gym for Week 2 day 1 of c25k on the track, a little bit of incline training and walking on the ol’ treadmill.
Finally its home, squat challenge, and Insanity Day 8. Can’t believe i’m on week 2 already!
i didn’t go to the gym today and i am not sure what i should do! Needs to be something hard..hm..
Maybe i’ll just do insanity anyway heh
I’m so lazy today ugh. its all of snowy and gross, cant go anywhere, so naturally my body is in sloth mode!
I’m glad my rest days arent at the same time. Todays rest day from c25k, tomorrow is insanity’s rest day, etc.etc.
Stay safe and have a fun workout today, everyone. Eat well!
gah i’m tired but rest day is soon, gotta keep pushing!
Tomorrow is my day off for running, its also going to be a snowstorm so its a good thing haha.
sobsobsob
I feel hesitant but when i am finished i am always glad i did it! I would recommend Insanity to anyone committed who is willing to work hard for change and progress.
:’) haha
I’m looking forward to a rest day with that program, much appreciated!
