Currently sitting at 1274 and it’s only 6pm and I have a post workout snack left. :D
i am so proud of myself!
It’s tough eating double, I still have periods where I feel guilty honestly. But, it will pass.
Drank ~100ml of pepsi today, wasn’t feeling it, which is a good thing. Going to have some apple pecan salad later, and maybe a smoothie or something, we’ll see.

protein smoothie!
As most of you know, I have trouble eating enough food. my workouts are solid but my food is not. So, i am going to try to incorporate protein powder into my food on days i know i am working out hard. I’m not using it as a meal replacement but i do put fruit/vegetables in my smoothies that i wont eat otherwise so it helps me a lot!

15 minutes of couch to 5k
1 cold belly
