down 2 pounds from last week
I forgot to write down last weeks measurements, so i have no comparisons in that regard, unfortunately! i can vaguely recall em but meh.
im pleased! I didn’t do a lot this week, work was my exercise. my backs bad.
I’m going to make my goal for this week to eat a lot of food every day :)
I AM 233 POUNDS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!
I am so excited, I am so close to the 220’s I want to cry and leap with excitement.

Down 1.9 pounds. Currently sitting at 242.0 lbs. :)
so, i’ve lost all the weight i gained back over easter/last month, yay! I am going to keep on truckin. june is almost here! Don’t ever lose hope in yourself. 4 days, 4 weeks, or even 4 years of work CAN be reversed.
I am telling you in advance this is no april fools joke :D

Down 2.5 inches overall.
Even my big spare tire went down .25”. Thats the place that i know will be the hardest to lose fat from, so that teeny tiny bit of progress is awesome to finally see.
I’m so happy with the results from this week, i worked so hard and i ate awesome.And i even ate half a big bag of chips while watching a movie this week, oops.
The point is, one bad meal won’t throw you off. Don’t guilt yourself, remind yourself its okay to have a treat once in a while, but not every day, certainly not! Live life.

Official weigh in isn’t until Sunday, which is my usual day, but i often weigh myself in the middle of the week for fun. I hope I can keep it off in time for weigh in!!
I’m so happy about it.
I have a good feeling about this week even if this number is gone come weigh in. I know i’ll see results in inches, too. I’ve been eating great and working hard.
Weight: 245.8 (up 0.2 lbs)
I practically gained nothing, i guess. I ate a little too many carbs yesterday, not enough protein, and honestly, the past 2 days i fell under 1000 calories. Not intentionally, of course. Just didn’t have enough intake and my outtake brought it lower. I am going to make sure i eat a lot this week.
I also did not continue with my 10 day challenge, i didnt have groceries suitable and i stopped after day 2, so these results do not reflect on her challenge. I will start it thursday when i have money to buy more food. :)

even lost .25” in my hips, which is a big success as small as it is haha. I have trouble losing inches there no matter how many squats/lunges/leg work i do, so im happy. :)
Its small changes but it all adds up. In late January, before i started working out, my bust was 45.5” and today? Today my bust is 43.25 inches! A total loss of 2.25 inches in that area.
Its hard to be motivated but i have to keep trying, i cant give up and sell myself short here.

Finally broke the 5 pound mark, holy cripes. I thought i’d never make it there, heh.

I’m happy with the pound loss - of course it could be better but slow is good for me and my recovery. I wish i had lost more inches but you only get what you work for, and i didn’t work as hard as i wish i could have this month.
However, I can’t act like nothing good came out of this so far. I’m a little fitter, i can run a little farther. I am happier, stronger, my arms are more muscular, my legs not as weak. I can almost do 1 pushup now! haha. I eat better and sleep longer. My insomnia is gone. My disorder no longer defines me, most of the time. I’m getting better. I’m making positive changes to my life and my attitude is improving.

My total since i started? 4.2 pounds and 4.5 inches. :D
I’m not sure what to post my loss as because after i weighed in last sunday at 246.5, it didn’t stick around, i went up to 248 immediately, and then i settled in at 247.6ish for the rest of the week until i started eating right and working out again. I’m thinking this case will be similar because i didn’t eat right and i didn’t gym much. But thats okay. Either way i’ve lost some weight and i’ve lost FIVE INCHES!! In 3 weeks! This is exciting.
I’ve learned from my mistakes, definitely. I feel no disappointment that i didn’t lose much, because i envision where i could have been. All it means is next week, i can make it to where i may have made it today. I will not worry about it.
ps. Maybe some of you are asking, ” But girl, you a fatty!! Why you no lose much weight??” I know a lot of bigger people can drop the pounds of quick at first, and i can assure you that I don’t want that. I am losing as slow as i can and i like it that way. It is also probably because of the nutrition side of things. I should keep working on that, i think im pretty good with exercise now, but food, i am horrible with. Either way, I am happy if i lose a pound a week, i have a lot to lose and i don’t want a horrible loose belly at the end of it.:P[my biggest fear]

That puts my totals since i started at -4lbs, and -3.75”
I’m really happy with it. I think i’ll gain a little bit of that weight back because for 2 days i had no food and ate less than i should be, but i’m okay with it, for sure. Those measurements are very real, and even though i can’t see it i’m pleased about it.
