  • I was 15 minutes late for zumba

    but it wasnt too busy so no one minded me walking in, there was plenty of space for me to get in there and join! i will still try to never be late again though.

    so thats 2 days in a row i’ve gone. Now there is just tomorrow at 12:15[if my orthodontist appointment allows it] thursday at 6pm and friday at 9am again

    im excite! This was my goal for this week, and I’m halfway through it now, woo!

  • weigh in sunday: no weigh april

    so, i decided to participate in no weigh april. I weighed myself the first week of april and thats it. I had trouble with my recovery, and i honestly didn’t do much lately, as i have reported a few times. i’m having some health troubles that have made me upset, it was hard to focus on much else.

    so im back on the wagon fully now, and i had to weigh myself. Did i do much damage in april? Was i back where i started?
    No, and no.

    I am 245.2 pounds, up 3.1 pounds in the past month since i stopped working out. I don’t think that is too bad at all, and i am ready to pick up where i left off.

    and, you know, i have to admit, that not coming on here every day and posting like a machine really affected me. I felt like i had no support again, no motivation. I didn’t have that get up and go attitude that i’ve been bathing in at first. So, blogging really helps. I hope you’ll all welcome me back with open arms, i know ive been awful.

  • Songs to workout to right now?

    I want to do a bit of floor work before bed, lunges, squats, etc, maybe some dancing because im a goof.

    Any song suggestions? I don’t like radio pop but i can stomach it while exercising, somehow:P

  • What exercise/equipment/workout do you hate?

    For me, the elliptical. It gives me a good burn and a good workout but i HATE it. I can’t spend more than 5 minutes on there, ugh. I look over at people doing it for an hour and i cant imagine how they manage.:P

    I also dislike floor work but thats because i have back problems.
